Wrong Product Delivered:
If you receive a product different from what you ordered, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Unopened & Unused Products:
Returns are only accepted for sealed, unused products within 3 days of delivery.
❌ Non-Refundable Items:
Used, opened, or tampered items
Items returned without original packaging
Perishable or short-shelf-life products (e.g., powdered herbs, oils, food items)
📦 How to Request a Refund:

Share your Order ID and a brief reason.
Include photo/video proof (if applicable).
Once approved, return the item using a standard courier to our provided return address.
💸 Refund Process:
Refunds will be issued within 3–7 business days after receiving and inspecting the product.
You’ll be refunded via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank transfer based on your preference.
⚠ Important Notes:
Return shipping cost must be borne by the customer (unless it’s our fault).
No exchange/refund for “change of mind” or personal dislike of natural taste/smell.
